Which Plan Should I Choose?

The best plan for you entirely depends on your usecase. If you’re unsure you can always start with the lowest plan and upgrade to a more premium plan when needed.

Can I Cancel/Change My On-Going Plan?

No! We currently offer pre-paid plans that are heavily discounted and they cannot be cancelled, you can start with a 1-month plan before committing to a longer duration.

I have many outlets do I have to sign up a plan for each outlet?

Yes, each QueueSafely Plan is for 1 outlet/location only. If you have more than 10 outlets you can contact us for a custom plan.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

QueueSafely accepts all major debit and credit cards every country include Alipay, WeChat Pay or iLINK CBC Digital Token.

Can my customer join the a queue remotely?

Yes. If you display your Unique QR code on your website or your customer saved your Unique QR code, they can take join queue remotely.

Can QueueSafely be used offline?

No, QueueSafely is a cloud-based solution that leverage the cloud for processing to make it so easy to setup.

Do I Have To Install Any Software?

No! QueueSafely is a cloud-based service. You do NOT need to download or install any proprietary software or hardware.

Is Hardware Included?

No, there is no additional hardware needed to get QueueSafely going. Any smartphone with internet access will do.

Can I display my Queue Status on a big screen in real-time?

Yes, you can use any Smart TV/Laptops/Tablets to display queue status and inform customers about the queue status in real-time.

What if I have a customer that does have a smartphone or data plan?

QueueSafely supports "Offline Ticketing", by adding a ticket printer you can accommodate the needs of such customers.

Will there be new features?

Yes! We will keep adding new features as we grow and any new features that are added to your current plan will be available to you free of charge.

Does QueueSafely Work In My Country?

QueueSafely works globally. What’s more our SMS notification support up to 200+ countries. A tourist visiting can also receive SMS notification if they are using international roaming.
